Adult Maintenance - Therapeutic Range

  • 10 - 100 mg

Major Sources (40 mg to 3 mg per serving)

  • Oysters, veal liver, Alaska king crab, beef, beef liver, turkey meat dark, chicken liver, pumpkin seeds, beef kidney, soynuts, lamb, almonds, peanuts, pecans, Brazil nuts, turkey liver, cashews, chicken meat dark.
