Each bottle of SupraCaps contains 240 hardshell capsules:

At 8 caps per day, the nutrients are at significant maintenance dose levels. At 16 caps per day, the nutrients are at high maintenance to therapeutic levels. (See our Vitamin Programs for recommended usage.) Therefore, depending on need and usage, a bottle of SupraCaps will last 15 to 30 days.
